General info
The Irish set dancing classes at Sets in the 'Burg are for both "newbies" and "improvers."
If you’re new to dancing, you’ll have the chance to start out slowly and become familiar with the movements for one dance during the 8-week session. It is not necessary to come with a partner. Smooth-soled shoes and cool, comfortable clothing are recommended. Even if you’ve never done any kind of dancing before, you can learn to set dance!
For set dancers with some experience, these classes focus on style, form, and the details of each set, giving you the opportunity to keep growing and improving as a dancer.
Enjoy the music, lilt, and laughter of St. Patrick’s Day any day!
